Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 June 2026

This plain-language policy explains what data Closio handles and why, at our pre-seed stage. It will be revised with legal counsel as the company grows.

Data we collect

We collect the information you give us to run outbound: your ideal customer profile, your offer details, and your contact information.

To do the work on your behalf we also collect publicly available business data about target companies and prospects, such as company details, roles, and buying signals. From this website we collect basic, non-identifying usage data.

How we use data

We use your data to operate the service: researching and scoring leads, personalising and sending outreach, qualifying replies, and booking meetings on your calendar. We use website data only to understand and improve the site.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything beyond providing and improving the service.

Third-party tools and data sources

To deliver the service we rely on third-party tools and data providers, including email infrastructure, enrichment and intent-data sources, scheduling (Calendly), and standard analytics and hosting providers.

Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its part of the service, under its own terms and safeguards.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and at no cost in normal cases.

Contact for privacy concerns

For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@closio.co and we will get back to you.

GDPR compliance for European clients

Closio is built for European law. We process personal data on a lawful basis, honour data-subject rights, and include an instant unsubscribe on every outbound email.

For European clients we act as a processor for the personal data we handle on your behalf, under the terms agreed in your contract.
